Refund Policy

At Prashikshnam, we want every participant to feel confident registering for our workshops. Please read our refund policy carefully before completing your payment.

1. Workshop Fee

The current registration fee for the Prashikshnam Workshop is ₹99 per seat.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:

• Technical failure at our end: If the workshop is cancelled, postponed or inaccessible due to a technical issue on our platform, a full refund will be processed.
• Duplicate payment: If you are charged more than once for the same registration, the extra amount will be refunded in full.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after successful registration
• Inability to attend due to personal schedule conflicts
• Dissatisfaction with workshop content after attendance
• Technical issues on the participant's device or internet connection

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at prashikshnam@gmail.com within 48 hours of the workshop date. Include your name, registered phone number and payment reference number. Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

5. Workshop Rescheduling

If we reschedule a workshop, your registration will be automatically valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, a full refund will be offered.
